Get to know Natalie
As Citywide’s operations manager, my role involves running the business on a day-to-day basis and ensuring clients are receiving a high level of service at all times. Having previously worked in the hospitality sector, I have experience in customer service, human resources, marketing and finance.
Away from the office, I’ve recently had a baby so much of my time is spent caring for him. When I get a chance, I play netball for a local side in Epsom and enjoy running, baking and spending time with friends and family.
