Here at Citywide, we’re a company that’s committed to our clients. Developed by and for you, we want our services to have absolute client focus, so that whenever you come to us, you walk out of our doors feeling entirely satisfied.
This is just one of the reasons that we have our very own client board. As a company, we recognise that despite our extensive experience in our field, we don’t have a monopoly on good ideas. Although we might think we know what you want, the only way to be certain of this is by checking with you, which is exactly what we do.
A client centric approach
Our client board is composed of people like you, who are happy for us to bounce ideas off them and help us give direction to our future. The individuals that make up our board have all been selected with care. We wanted people who were professionally qualified themselves, so that they could give us the most informed insights into how best we could develop our company for your benefit.
Sharing their insights with us at regular meetings, our client board has thus positively contributed to the Citywide service over the years, helping us to provide products that are better able to meet your needs.
Their importance to us cannot be understated. Listening to what you have to say, we’re constantly making changes that benefit you. We like to think this sets us apart from our counterparts, and that it helps to show individuals like you how much we value not only your custom, but your opinions and feedback too.
Building for the future
This is why we intend to continue to develop our client board, constantly building on their insights and efforts to develop a company that really does put the needs of our clients at the forefront.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the current members of our board for their invaluable contribution to date and we look forward our next meeting.
