Get to know Gillian
I have been with the Citywide team since spring 2023. As Operations Director, I mainly run aspects of the business not directly related to clients, particularly financial management, technology, and projects, along with implementing strategic direction.
I spent over a decade in banking and finance with Bank of Montreal, in roles ranging from asset/liability management to risk management. My primary role for many years was in capital markets, trading interest rate derivatives (CAD & GBP). Among my qualifications, I have a B.Comm from Queen’s University in Canada, am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and, during a career break, was awarded a BSc in Maths and its Learning (1st).
Recently I ran operations for a wine auctioneer, as I have a keen enjoyment of wine! I love to swim and walk and am currently learning to play Bridge.
